Homeschool PE Itinerary
Instruction is for children ages 5 to 16. Each week students are divided up into smaller groups based on age/ability. These groups change weekly depending on the activity and number of students. Child care is provided for those with Family Memberships for little ones. Compliance with the instructors’ direction is necessary for continued participation. Supervision will only be provided to active participants.
During each class the instructors will provide the basic skills of each sport that is offered using skills, competitions, and/or fun activities to promote athletic development and to work on essential skills such as teamwork and individual success.
CLASSES ARE HELD ON WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY, 2PM-3:30PM (unless noted below)
December 6th & 8th: Dodgeball/Kickball
December 13th & 15th: Skating/Rockwall
December 20th & 22nd: Capture the Flag/Holiday Party
December 23rd-January 2nd: NO CLASS
January 3rd & 5th: Ultimate Frisbee/Disc Golf
January 10th & 12th: Soccer
January 17th & 19th: Group Games
January 24th & 26th: Gymnastics/Strength Training
January 31st & February 2nd: Skating/Rockwall
February 7th & 9th: Flag Football
Price – Member – Included for members on a membership – either individual or family plan.
Price – Non-member – $10 day pass for each non-member child participating.

Look no further than our Home School Skating Clinic held at Body Renew Fitness and Family Sports Center. Our instructors are experienced in skating and are able to work with all ages and skill levels to get your child up and moving on their skates.
This clinic is designed specifically to teach the basics and fundamentals of football from throwing, receiving, and kicking to speed and agility. This is a no-contact clinic. Taught by former high school player, Jamison Ford. For Ages 7-16
